It's Here!  The NEW Tufts Advisory Career Network (Tufts CAN)
As you may have heard, the new Tufts CAN is live!  If you haven't already done so, join today to be an advisor and/or network with advisors who have volunteered to share their career experiences and advice with you.  Chat with fellow Jumbos about work/life balance, changing careers, working abroad and more.  Plus, join Tufts CAN by December 31 and you'll have a chance to win one of three iPads!

• Ace That Interview! Unlock the Secrets of Successful Interviewing - Wed., Nov 9, 6:30 - 9 pm, Dowling 745     Can you sell yourself with confidence at an interview? This workshop will prepare you to stand out in today's competitive marketplace through lecture, demonstration, and interactive exercises.

Young alumni are welcome to attend the following student programs:

• Jobs in the Media - Wednesday, November 16, 7 - 8:30 pm, Dowling 745                                                                 Expert panelists from fields like advertising and journalism will discuss their careers and strategies for breaking into media jobs.
• Portfolio Design Workshop - Sunday, November 20, 1 - 4 pm, 11 Talbot Avenue, Seminar Room                        Learn to create a strong portfolio for graduate school applications in architecture and related design fields.  Registration required by November 15 - Check the Career Services calendar for details.
