Careers A to Z Law and Legal Services Law School Admission Council (LSAC) is a nonprofit corporation of 200 law schools in the U.S. and Canada. LSAC is best known for administering the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). Law school forum listings, LSAT registration, law school rankings, and resources for LGBT and other minority students. Provides up-to-date information on law schools and related resources. Not particularly helpful for career decision making, but a necessary tool once you’ve made up your mind. American Bar Associate Pre-Law Tool Kit: From The American Bar Association, this Pre-Law Tool Kit links you to tips, profiles, articles, legal organizations, and a vast collection of resources. Designed for school counselors, this site works equally well for students themselves. Reliable, up-to-date information and links. Martindale-Hubbel Legal Network is perhaps the most widely used resource for identifying lawyers, firms, and specialized practices. The Martindale-Hubbel Legal Network is powered by a database of more than one million lawyers and firms in 160 countries. Also offers career information for future legal professionals, including resume and interview tips, compensation surveys, and an online job database.
