It may surprise you about the variety of jobs and career paths available within the National Park Service that play an important role in conservation, wildlife preservation, as well sustainability.  Since 1916, the National Park Service has been entrusted with the care of our national parks and through its collaborations with other non-profits and other agencies, helps to preserve local history, celebrate local heritage, and create close-to-home opportunities for individuals and families to get outside, be active, and have fun.

Their website offers career profiles to demonstrate the many career pathways available within this large organization as well as opportunities for current students and recent grads.   Below are just a few of the ways in which The National Park Service collaborates with other organizations to create internship opportunities for students to apply to every year.
