Fidelity Investments offers a number of programs to reach diverse Tufts students. Below are just a few of those signature programs that are currently seeking applicants.

Fidelity Pride Fellowship Program

The Pride Fellowship is a 10-week internship program for hardworking rising juniors and seniors who identify as a part of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ+) community. As a Pride Fellow, you will have meaningful work experience and exposure to Fidelity’s culture. The Pride Fellowship will provide opportunities to work on strategic initiatives, professional and leadership development, and mentoring opportunities in partnership with our Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG). Pride is a company-wide resource group open to all employees interested in the workplace experiences of our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ+) community. Open to all interested employees, our Pride ERG advances the professional development of our members, building bridges that lead to sustainable skills, productive networks, and the motivation to maximize the value they deliver to Fidelity, our customers and the community.

The Pride Fellowship program provides a unique opportunity to contribute to Fidelity’s mission to share our financial expertise to help people live the lives they want while helping to shape our diverse and inclusive environment.  We have opportunities in the following locations:  Merrimack, NH, Boston, MA, Westlake, TX, Jacksonville, FL, Greenwood Village, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, Covington, KY and Durham, NC.

This program is open to the following students:

  1. Rising juniors (2025) and seniors (2024) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree within Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related subject area
  2. Strong academic performance and professional communication skills
  3. Robust problem-solving skills
  4. Demonstrated leadership experience within school, community, extra curriculars, and/or professional settings

Fidelity Aspire Fellowship Program 

The Aspire Fellowship is a 10-week internship program for hardworking rising juniors and seniors who identify as Black, Latinx, and/or Native American. As an Aspire Fellow, you will have meaningful work experience and exposure to Fidelity’s culture. The Aspire Fellowship will provide opportunities to work on strategic initiatives, professional and leadership development, and mentoring opportunities in partnership with our Aspire Employee Resource Group (ERG).  Aspire is a company-wide employee resource group focused on the professional and personal experiences of Latinx and Black Fidelity associates. Open to all interested employees, the Aspire ERG advances the professional development of our members, building bridges that lead to sustainable skills, productive networks and the motivation to maximize the value they deliver to Fidelity, our customers and the community.

Fidelity Enable Summer Fellowship Program 

he Enable Fellowship is a 10-week internship program for hardworking rising juniors and seniors who identify as a person with a disability. As an Enable Fellow, you will have meaningful work experience and exposure to Fidelity’s culture. The Enable Fellowship will provide opportunities to work on strategic initiatives, gain professional and leadership development, and participate in mentoring opportunities in partnership with our Enable Employee Resource Group (ERG).  Fidelity Enable is a company-wide employee resource group with a mission to create a positive and inclusive experience for all those affected by seen or unseen disabilities whether permanent, temporary, or situational, to reach their full potential. They create awareness, embrace employees, and support their unique needs at all stages of their journeys.

The Enable Fellowship program provides a unique opportunity to contribute to Fidelity’s mission to share our financial expertise to help people live the lives they want while helping to shape our diverse and inclusive environment.  We have opportunities in the following locations:  Merrimack, NH, Boston, MA, Westlake, TX, Smithfield, RI and Durham, NC.
