Last Fall, we hosted an extremely successful virtual career fair, involving 1,152 student registrants and 123 employers, which led to 3,062 unique student-employer interactions. Our last in-person Fall Career Fair was held in 2019, and more than 1,435 students attended! 

Please help us make the return of this year’s in-person fair–combined with our popular virtual fair–just as successful. We invite you to create a sponsorship prior to the fair to promote your organization and open positions to students. You can select your Sponsorship package when you register for the in-person and/or virtual career fair through Handshake. 

Sponsorship options for the In-Person Career Fair are as follows:

Gold Sponsor for In-Person Fair – $3,000 (3 available) 

The gold sponsorship is open to 3 employers per fair and is perfect for companies who want to maximize their visibility at the fair. 

• Booth placed at the end of a row, which will have high visibility  
• Includes slide projection of your employer logo on rotation throughout fair  
• Company logo highlighted on the Career Center landing page  
• Organization blog post sent to students leading up to the fair, including 2-3 sentences of interesting facts about your organization or company culture, your company logo, and links to the careers section of your website 
• Targeted email blast to students of a specific population (i.e., major or academic year) including videos and other media to make your content dynamic  
• Resume books from students that attend both the in-person & virtual career fairs  

Silver Sponsor for In-Person Fair – $1,000 (1 available) 

The silver sponsorship is open to 1 employer per fair and includes sponsorship of the LinkedIn Photo Booth at the fair. 

• Company name and logo marketed on sandwich board in front of photo booth at the fair 
• Company logo highlighted on the Career Center landing page  
• Organization blog post sent to students leading up to the fair, including 2-3 sentences of interesting facts about your organization or company culture, your company logo, and links to the careers section of your website 
• Company information including alongside info advertising the LinkedIn Photo Booth  
• Resume books from students that attend both the in-person & virtual career fairs  

Bronze Sponsor for In-Person Fair – $250 (10 available) 

The bronze sponsorship is open to 10 employers per fair and provides companies the opportunity to market themselves to students prior to the fair and gain visibility in virtual spaces leading up to the event.

• Company logo highlighted on the Career Center landing page  
• Organization blog post sent to students leading up to the fair, including 2-3 sentences of interesting facts about your organization or company culture, your company logo, and links to the careers section of your website 
• Targeted email blast to students of a specific population (i.e., major or academic year) including videos and other media to make your content dynamic  
• Resume books from students that attend both the in-person & virtual career fairs  

Register for Fall In-person Career Fair

Sponsorship options for the Virtual Career Fair are as follows:

Level 1 for Virtual Fair – $200 (10 available) 

• One day prior to the fair we will do additional promotion of your organization to fill the remaining slots if your organization’s 1:1 schedule is not full for at least 1 representative. 
• A targeted email will be sent to students of a specific population (i.e., major or academic year)
• Your organization will be highlighted in student communications leading up to the fair
• Company logo will be included on the Career Fair website/in the student fair brochure 

Level 2 for Virtual Fair – $150 (10 available) 

• A targeted email will be sent to students of a specific population (i.e., major or academic year)
• Your organization will be highlighted in student communications leading up to the fair
• Company logo will be included on the Career Fair website/in the student fair brochure 

Level 3 for Virtual Fair – $100 (10 available) 

• Your organization will be highlighted in student communications leading up to the fair
• Company logo will be included on the Career Fair website/in the student fair brochure
