Public Affairs & Social Impact Consulting — Monday, Feb 27, 6:00 pm ET — Virtual
Join the Career Center as we talk to alumni guests to learn about career paths in public affairs and social impact consulting. We’ll hear about what working as a consultant can impact change, how to break into these and similar industries, what skills to build, and how others have done it.

Career Pathways in Immigration Law — Tuesday, Feb 28, 12 – 1 pm ET– Virtual 
Do you have an interest in immigration law and desire to pursue law school? Come learn more about the variety of career paths across non-profit, private, and government sectors working with immigration law and immigrant and refugee populations. We’ll be joined by Judge Mimi E. Tsankov, the International Institute of New England, and Tufts Alumni Amy Cococcia ’93, Partner at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy with 25 years of experience in immigration law. Time included for Q&A. This event is co-sponsored by Tufts Lawyer Association.

Public Service & Advocacy Networking Night — Wednesday, March 1, 6 – 8:15 pm ET — Virtual
An opportunity for Tufts students to connect with alumni and professionals from a wide variety of social impact careers; learn about the various social impact sectors, types of organizations, emerging trends and roles at nonprofits; explore various paths related to social impact and nonprofit organizations; strengthen and build confidence in communication and networking; and more! There will be a Q&A Panel followed by open networking in breakout rooms.

Job & Internship Search for Social Impact — Thursday, March 2, 12:30 – 1:30 pm ET — In Person Milmore Room – Dowling Hall
Need tips for your job or internship search in social impact sectors like nonprofits, NGOs, education, policy, government and international affairs? In this session, we’ll talk strategy for your search and introduce you to crucial resources. So whether you’re not sure where to start, or just looking for a few hot tips, this session is for you!
