America needs more entrepreneurs, innovators, problem solvers, and creative thinkers. Entrepreneurship is a key driver of both job and wealth creation, it improves productivity, spurs innovation and creates jobs. But in the U.S. today, there are too many barriers to entrepreneurship and not enough incentives. At Venture For America, they provide access to capital, connections, and coaching for entrepreneurially-minded early-career professionals.

Venture For America is working towards the vision of supporting the mission of creating early talent entrepreneurs. They offer a two-year Fellowship for recent college graduates interested in entrepreneurship and creating an impact in 13 American cities that have emerging entrepreneurship ecosystems like San Antonio, Detroit, Cleveland, or New Orleans. Fellows apply for jobs at startups and high-growth companies within their job portal and learn important startup skills starting at our summer Training Camp, and work as full-time, salaried employees. throughout the duration of the Fellowship and after, they provide programming to help Fellows grow into startup leaders and founders.
As a Fellow, you can expect to gain leadership and functional skill training to support your success, the chance to make a tangible impact on a startup, entrepreneurial organization, or high-growth business, and access to a community of Fellows and alumni. For those interested in becoming future founders, they also provide long-term access to ideation resources, job sharing, programming, and seed funding that keep you connected and help you grow professionally.
