What is the Program?

Fidelity’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a cohort based 18-month rotational program for graduating seniors with a liberal arts background who are eager to explore different career paths and fast track their job experience.

Seniors graduating in 2025 and majoring in Psychology, History, Arts, English, or similar majors with strong leadership and interpersonal skills are strongly encouraged to apply.

What are the Benefits of the Program?

Like other rotational programs, the ELP allows new graduates to learn about different areas within a company.

It is a great opportunity to learn about Fidelity’s different business functions, such as customer immersion, data analytics, product and support functions, while building relationships within the ELP cohort as well as professionals at Fidelity.

It is a prestigious program, with many opportunities to be challenged and grow professionally. Members of the ELP are also eligible for Fidelity’s employer benefits.

How Can I Learn More?

Fidelity Investments is hosting a virtual information session with Tufts and other NESCAC (New England Small College Athletic Conference) on September 26th from 6-7 pm to share information about the Emerging Leader Program.
