Tufts University offers a graduate certificate program and a full Master’s degree program in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership:
The Diversity and Inclusion Leadership certificate is designed to quickly familiarize you with the key concepts and important tools you need to successfully lead strategic organizational change. From courses on academic leadership to law and policy, the program is designed to get you up to speed on current issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The four-course certificate is available fully online or in a hybrid format (with both online and on-campus courses). Both online and in-person courses are offered in the evenings and weekends, making the program ideal for working professionals.
The Diversity and Inclusion Leadership master’s program is designed to prepare you to become the strong, informed, and skilled leader that can help create more inclusive organizations. Graduates from this program go on to become chief diversity officers, diversity managers, consultants, educational administrators, human resources, and college admissions professionals, equipped with the tools to strengthen their communities.
