Last fall we welcomed 150 employers for our in-person Career Fair and more than 1,900 students attended! To further support your recruitment efforts, we have updated our sponsorship options. Each package now offers additional opportunities to increase your visibility and student engagement. Please help us make this year’s in-person fair a success by selecting a sponsorship package prior to the fair to promote your organization and open positions to students. You can select your sponsorship package when you register for the in-person career fair through Handshake.
Sponsorship options for the In-Person Career Fair are as follows:
Gold Sponsor for In-Person Fair – $3,000 (3 available)
The gold sponsorship is open to 3 employers per fair and is perfect for companies who want to maximize their visibility at the fair.
- *NEW* Priority access to scheduling information sessions and interview rooms
- *NEW*Consultation meeting with an ER team member to discuss recruitment planning for Fall 2025 and develop co-branded Insider Guide to Employer that will highlight employer overview, plan for the semester, roles hiring, student profile, resources for exploring the company, and overall events for students to attend, along with insider information about applying, assessments, company culture, etc. Only three Insider Guides will be sent out to students each semester.

Silver Sponsor for In-Person Fair – $1,500 (1 available)
The silver sponsorship is open to 1 employer per fair and includes sponsorship of the LinkedIn Photo Booth at the fair.

Bronze Sponsor for In-Person Fair – $250 (10 available)
The bronze sponsorship is open to 10 employers per fair.

*NEW*: A La Carte Options
In addition to our three sponsorship packages, we’re excited to start offering a la carte sponsorship options. These are great options to increase an organization’s visibility to students. A la carte options can be selected in addition to or independent of other sponsorship options.
- Logo Included on Career Fair Social Media Post (Limit to 10): $100
- Sponsoring snacks at student lounge space during career fair – will come with employer signage on display at lounge area (Limit to 1): $350
- Swag available at student hang out area with materials and sponsor signage (Limit to 3): $500, Fee plus cost of the swag by company
- Swag bags handed out to all students at career fair at entrance (Limit to 1): $1,000, Fee plus cost of the swag bags
- Half page advertisement for the organization in career fair guide distributed to all students digitally prior to career fair (Limit to 5): $250
- Post-card sized insert into the swag bag for all students attending the fair (Limit to 5): $500
