Tufts University Employer Newsletter — May 2025

Dear Employer Partners,

Happy spring! Please join us in congratulating our Class of ’25 graduates who earned their undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as PhDs on May 18th! Educator and mathematician Freeman A. Hrabowski III delivered the commencement address.

As the semester comes to a close, the Employer Relations team is already beginning to make plans for the fall term. If your company is interested in hosting any On Campus Interviews (OCIs) or coffee chats this fall, either in person or virtually, you’re welcome to sign up for a date on Handshake starting July 7th.

Finally, did you hire a Tufts student for an internship, co-op, or full-time position? If so, we would love to hear this news! Please email your employer relations team member listed below to share those details.

Thank you so much for your continued partnership!

Sincerely,

Employer Relations Team at Tufts University

The Tufts Career Center supports students in the School of Arts & Sciences, the School of Engineering, and The School of Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts which is more than 7,000 undergraduate and 2,200 graduate students and PhDs.

We are pleased to be hosting another in-person career fair this fall. We will welcome up to 200 employers across various industries in the Tufts Gantcher Center. Lunch will be provided. Registration is now open for those interested in attending.

The Career Fair is open to all undergraduate and graduate students across The School of Arts & Sciences, The School of Engineering, The School of Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA) at Tufts.

Students attending the career fair are seeking internships, co-ops, and job opportunities from employers across all major disciplines and industry sectors. Co-op students in our School of Engineering are required to attend our career fairs.

Registration Fees for Fall 2025 In-Person Career Fair:

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT of $50.00 for those who register for our in-person fair by August 4th, 2025

JUMBO ALUMNI: We would love to have your organization represented at the career fair. Career fair registration includes 2 representatives — any additional alumni that attend on behalf of an employer can join us for free! We’ll also host an alumni hub for networking, re-connecting with fellow alumni, and of course, swag! Please share these details with your human resources department and/or university recruitment team and reach out to us with any questions!

Each In-Person Career Fair registration includes the following:

  • Set-up for organizations beginning at 10 AM in Gantcher Family Sports & Convention Center
  • Registration for 2 representatives. Additional representatives may be added for $50 each, up to a total of four representatives per company. If the additional representative is a Tufts alum, this charge will be waived.
  • 1 Table (6ft x 30in) and 2 chairs (bring tablecloth from your organization for your table)
  • Lunch provided for each representative
  • Resume book sent to organization following Career Fair (students will opt-in to have resumes sent to employers)
  • Note: In an effort to reduce waste, we encourage employers to create QR codes where students can access virtual informational materials about your company. In lieu of hard copies of flyers, pamphlets, and other materials, consider linking to your website, promotional videos, a slide deck, etc. via a QR code that can be displayed at your table.

Last fall we welcomed over 150 employers for our in-person Career Fair and more than 1,900 students attended! To develop a closer partnership with Tufts and further support your recruitment efforts, we have updated our sponsorship options. Each package now offers additional opportunities to increase your visibility and student engagement. Please help us make this year’s in-person fair a success by selecting a sponsorship package prior to the fair to promote your organization and open positions to students. You can select your sponsorship package when you register for the in-person career fair through Handshake.

View all sponsorship options here. Questions about our sponsorship options can be directed to Sarah Reinbrecht, Assistant Director, Employer Relations at sarah.reinbrecht@tufts.edu.
