The COOP Careers Fellowship is a fully funded fellowship for recent bachelor’s graduates to launch a career in tech, specifically the digital marketing, data analytics, or financial services industries.
The COOP fellows engage in community-driven, alumni-led lessons which train them in the digital skills and professional development skills they need for entry-level roles, while connecting them to employer partners and peer networks. COOP alumni receive support throughout the program and for a year afterwards to ensure they are well-equipped for their career journey, which has resulted in a 75% fully employed rate within one year of graduation.
This fellowship is open to recent grads located within a two-hour commuting distance of the following five cities: New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
What’s COOP?
COOP’s tuition-free fellowship matches peer cohorts of underemployed, first-generation
college grads with alumni coaches. These mentors support them in building the professional
skills and networks they need to get their first good job after graduation.
