Each In-Person Career Fair registration includes the following:

  • Set-up for organizations beginning at 10 AM in Gantcher Family Sports & Convention Center
  • Registration for 2 representatives. Additional representatives may be added for $50 each, up to a total of four representatives per company. If the additional representative is a Tufts alum, this charge will be waived.

  • Lunch provided for each representative
  • Resume book sent to organization following Career Fair (students will opt-in to have resumes sent to employers)

Last fall we welcomed over 150 employers for our in-person Career Fair and more than 1,900 students attended! To develop a closer partnership with Tufts and further support your recruitment efforts, we have updated our sponsorship options. Each package now offers additional opportunities to increase your visibility and student engagement. Please help us make this year’s in-person fair a success by selecting a sponsorship package prior to the fair to promote your organization and open positions to students. You can select your sponsorship package when you register for the in-person career fair through Handshake.

View all sponsorship options here. Questions about our sponsorship options can be directed to Sue Atkins, Associate Director, Employer Relations at susan.atkins@tufts.edu.

Opportunity to Partner on Engineering Senior Capstone Projects

The Departments of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering at Tufts University are currently seeking industry and community partners to collaborate with senior capstone design teams during the 2025–2026 academic year.

Capstone partners propose a design-oriented challenge and engage with student teams throughout the semester or academic year, offering guidance and feedback as students work to develop design solutions. Project timing varies by department:

  • Biomedical Engineering (full academic year or spring semester) – Assistant Teaching Professor Angela Lai (angela.lai@tufts.edu)
  • Electrical and Computer Engineering (full academic year) – Assistant Teaching Professor Emily Carlson (emily.carlson@tufts.edu)
  • Mechanical Engineering (fall semester) – Assistant Teaching Professor Briana Bouchard (briana.bouchard@tufts.edu)
