How did you find this Internship?

What did you enjoy most about your internship?

What I enjoyed most was how quickly I was given real, impactful work. From the very start, they trusted me with projects that I didn’t expect to handle so early on—like creating social media posts that actually went live or drafting email creatives sent to millions of people. I felt like I was really contributing and making a difference, and that was the most rewarding part.

What did you find challenging?

The most challenging part was definitely the instances where I end up putting a lot of time into creating work that sometimes ended up being scrapped. I know it’s a normal part of the creative world, but it was tough to spend hours on something that looked great only to have someone higher up decide last-minute that the art direction or the campaign focus had changed. Sometimes a feature got discontinued, and that meant all the work tied to it couldn’t move forward. Learning not to take those changes personally and adapting to them was probably the biggest challenge I faced.

What advice would you offer to someone who wants to make the most of an internship like yours?

Volunteer to take on things, explore side projects, discover different nooks and crannies of the company and see all the different people that make your company what it is today
