Bain is excited to announce that applications for their Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) sophomore program are now open. The Building Entrepreneurial Leaders Program (BEL) is focused on giving high-achieving sophomore/second year students the opportunity to strengthen their business and leadership skill set while gaining exposure to one of the world’s top strategy consulting firms.
Bain founded the BEL program in 2009 to help undergraduate students explore a career in management consulting. BEL is a 1.5-day, in-person program held in one of our Bain offices across the U.S. and Canada. During your visit, you’ll gain exposure to life as a consultant—what the day-to-day looks like, the types of challenges our teams tackle, and how we drive results for our clients. Through interactive sessions and conversations with Bainies, you’ll learn how consultants think, solve problems, and build impactful careers.
