Guggenheim Securities Investment Banking Freshman Day on the Job Program

Guggenheim Securities Investment Banking is pleased to offer first-year undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in our virtual Freshman Day on the Job program, taking place on April 9 and 10. The event will include an evening kick-off session on Thursday, April 9 and on Friday, April 10, day-long programming including information sessions, educational panels and networking opportunities, designed to help students learn more about a career in investment banking at Guggenheim.

The Freshman Day on the Job (FDOJ) Program is open to first-year undergraduate students, graduating in December 2028 or May 2029. FDOJ is geared towards individuals who have demonstrated resilience and excellence under challenging circumstances, whether from a personal, academic, or professional perspective.

Candidates must be:

  • enrolled in a four-year bachelor’s degree program; and
  • interested in investment banking.
