Massachusetts General Hospital is looking to hire a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Orthopaedic Hand and Upper Extremity Department as well as Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department (one position). The research coordinator will work mostly with Dr. Neal Chen and Dr. Kyle Eberlin. The responsibilities of this job are:
- Report to the PI and will work closely with biostatisticians, data managers, and study staff to support study operations, data collection and quality control, and reporting of research findings
- Participate in all phases of research projects, from conception and design of studies through proofing manuscripts for submission to academic journals
- Monitor study activities for compliance with all applicable regulations and facilitate trainings for study personnel as needed
- Partner with collaborators and study staff across sites on oversight of studies, standard operating procedure development and review, and data quality assurance
- Assist in preparation of posters and slides for presentation at research conferences
- Support preparation progress reports, applications, and related documents
