It has been great catching up with many of you over the last few weeks and to begin planning your events, coffee chats, sessions, sponsorships, and attendance at our upcoming Fall Career Fair on September 25th.

Our students return to campus on September 8th, so we are less than a month away from the beginning of the busy fall recruitment season. We are excited to speak with you about your recruitment plans for the 2026 – 2027 Academic Year!

Fall 2026 Career Fair: Friday, September 25, 11:30am-3:30pm

We are pleased to host another event this fall that will include up to 200 employers across all industry sectors in the Tufts Gantcher Center. Lunch will be provided. Registration is now open!

The Fall 2026 Career Fair is for students across the School of Arts & Sciences, School of Engineering, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts. Recruit from our over 7,000 undergraduates and 2,200 graduate students for your internships, co-ops (SOE only), rotational programs, and full-time positions.

Calling all Jumbos! We would love to have Tufts alumni join us at our Fall 2026 Career Fair on September 25th. Please speak with your HR/Talent Acquisition teams to organize a booth at the career fair. Registration includes 2 spots and any additional alumni attending will join for free!

Registration Fees for Fall 2026 Tufts Career Fair:

For-profit companies: $500
Large Nonprofits (50+ employees) and Government Agencies: $450
Small Nonprofits (less than 50 employees) and Emerging Start-Ups (less than 50 employees): $300

Each Career Fair registration includes the following:

Set up for organizations beginning at 10 AM in Gantcher Family Sports & Convention Center
Registration for 2 representatives. Please note: Additional representatives may be added for $50 each, up to a total of four representatives per company. If the additional representative is a Tufts graduate, this charge will be waived.
1 Table (6ft x 30in) and 2 chairs (bring tablecloth from your organization for your table)
Lunch provided for each representative (share any food allergies upon registration)
Resume book sent to organization following Career Fair (students will opt-in to have resumes shared with employers)
Note: To reduce waste, we encourage employers to use QR codes so students can easily access information about your company. Instead of distributing printed flyers, pamphlets, or other materials, consider linking to your website, promotional videos, slide decks, or other resources through a QR code displayed at your table. We also encourage attendees to bring a refillable water bottle to reduce plastic waste.

Fall 2026 Tufts Career Fair Sponsorships

Last fall, we hosted a career fair where nearly 2,000 students attended to meet with employers.

Please help us make this coming Fall Career Fair just as successful. We invite you to create a sponsorship prior to the fair to increase brand awareness, promote your organization and open internships, Co-ops, and jobs to students. You can select your Sponsorship package when you register for the Fair through Handshake.

Fall 2026 On-Campus Interviews & Coffee Chats: Schedule Now!

Employers looking to organize on-campus or virtual campus interviews can submit those requests in Handshake. Women in Tech (WIT) Conference: Saturday, September 26, 2026

Women in Tech 2026 (WiT) marks the 10th anniversary of Tufts University’s annual conference dedicated to empowering women and non-binary students who are interested in technology and innovation.

Last year, we welcomed over 300 students from Tufts, Harvard, MIT, and 35+ other universities and raised $20K+ from sponsors.

WiT creates a space where students can explore different paths in tech, connect with professionals, and build confidence within the industry. Through interactive workshops, speaker panels, networking opportunities, and career-focused events, we create a community that inspires, grows, and helps students prepare for future opportunities in technology and more!

Employers: This registration option is ONLY available to employers registering for both the Fall 2026 Career Fair (9/25) and Women in Tech 2026 Conference (9/26). Please note that if you decide to register for BOTH the Fall 2026 Career Fair and Women in Tech 2026 Conference, you will register/pay directly for the Women in Tech Conference through the Sponsor Interest Form and receive a separate invoice through Handshake for the Tufts Career Fair, which you will register for in Handshake.

Pricing: You can add $300 to any WiT sponsorship tier and send two (2) representatives to the Tufts Fall 2026 Career Fair (not applicable to the WIT Bronze Tier).

Consulting & Finance Networking Nights — Fall 2026

Consulting Networking Night | Thursday, September 17th| 6:00pm – 8:15pm

Consulting Networking Night brings together consultants, including Tufts alumni and other professionals, from across the consulting industry to connect with students exploring careers in the field. The event provides an opportunity for students to learn about consulting roles, organizations, and emerging industry trends, while also exploring consulting as a potential career path. Finance Networking Night | Thursday, October 22nd | 6:00pm – 8:15pm

The Finance Networking Night brings together alumni and professionals from the finance sectors to share career insights and connect with students exploring fields such as investment banking, asset management, financial services, and more. This event is designed for networking between students and alumni who work in various industries, with a variety of titles, doing many different things utilizing their Tufts computer science backgrounds and experience. Engineering Career Fair Collaborative – November 13^th from 2 pm – 5 pm

Tufts University participates in an Engineering Career Fair Collaborative along with Harvard, MIT, Yale, BU and Olin. This event is open to all engineering students except for computer science/software engineering. Students are seeking to connect with companies in innovative fields including robotics, energy, tough tech, medical devices, transportation, and design with undergraduates, graduate students, and postdocs. It will be on November 13th in person at The David Rubenstein Treehouse, 20 Western Avenue – Boston, MA 02134). Life Science Networking Night – Thursday, November 12^th, 6:30 pm – 8:15 pm

Calling alumni & campus recruiters from the life sciences community! Tufts has many majors and programs that prepare our students for a successful career journey in the life sciences. Come to this networking night to meet our undergraduate and graduate students who are in the process of completing degrees in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotech, Biomedical Sciences, Biopsychology, Cognitive Brain Sciences, Community Health, and other related majors. We will be hosting an in-person Networking event with BU, Brandeis, and Tufts University undergraduate and graduate students. We are seeking employers across biotech, healthcare, and life science industries. This will take place on Friday, January 22nd at the MassBio Hub in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA. Tufts Graduate Health Programs Virtual Career Fair – January 29^th, 1 pm – 3:30 pm in Handshake

Join the Tufts University School of Medicine for their Graduate Health Programs Virtual Career Fair which will include students in both Tufts’ Occupational Therapy & Physical Therapy programs. This is a wonderful way to promote your full-time job openings with both our graduating students and alumni candidates. Creative Talent in Unexpected Places

What do a leading biomedical research institute and an affordable housing nonprofit have in common? Both have benefited from the skills of a Tufts graduate trained to communicate ideas, solve problems creatively, and connect with diverse audiences.

Recent SMFA at Tufts graduate Talia Velez (BFA ’25) interned at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where she created logos, infographics, and event materials that helped communicate complex scientific work to a wide range of stakeholders. Her experience demonstrates how artists and designers can make meaningful contributions in organizations that may not traditionally think of themselves as employers of creative talent.

Today, Talia serves as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator at a nonprofit affordable housing organization in Western Massachusetts, further illustrating the versatility and impact of the skills SMFA students bring to the workforce.

Engineering Capstones: Looking for Partners

The Departments of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering at Tufts University are currently seeking industry and community partners to collaborate with senior capstone design teams during the 2026–2027 academic year.

Capstone partners propose a design-oriented challenge and engage with student teams throughout the semester or academic year, offering guidance and feedback as students work to develop design solutions. This is a unique opportunity to connect with talented Tufts students and share your professional expertise. There is no cost beyond your time.
