Human Factors / User Experience / User Research
User experience is a person’s emotions and attitudes about using a particular product, system or service. It includes the practical, experiential, affective, meaningful and valuable aspects of human–computer interaction and product ownership. This community will provide resources for those interested in all areas along the continuum from user research to design. Our destination surveys show that students from many majors can end up in this field as research skills, programming skills, and understanding human nature are all useful backgrounds. Don’t forget to also check out more resources for design in the Arts, Communications & Media Community.
