Responsibilities
- Strategize marketing channels and approach
- Writing content for promotional materials, including social media platforms, email campaigns, collateral, website, blog, and electronic newsletters
- Assist in managing social media platforms – posting, strategy, design, etc. Perform market analysis and research to identify the latest trends; monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
- Research on user personas – tutors, learners, donors, etc.
Qualifications
- Passionate about racial equity and social justice
- Strong editing and proofreading skills and ability to write clearly and concisely
- Working knowledge of marketing technologies and software, such as MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Creativity
- Great collaboration skills as well as an ability to work independently
