For alumni who are hiring, this webinar will give you concrete steps to take care of your direct reports while advocating for change within the whole organization. The webinar will be led by Katie Donovan, Director of Career Services. Ms. Donovan has been working on eliminating systemic bias in hiring since 2011. She pioneered the end of questions on previous pay for job candidates, enabling successful black and female candidates to earn 13% and 8% more, respectively, when changing jobs.
