Navigating Fall Recruitment for Students with Disabilities with LIME (NESCAC)

Audience for this session:  This session is open to all NESCAC students but will specifically cover topics that support neurodiverse and students with accessibility needs. Join Lime Connect for this session which will give participants an awareness of the disability disclosure process for internships and full-time roles. Our approach covers key disclosure questions by answering the questions “Whether – When – How?”. Students should walk away with a better understanding of the disclosure process and a method for self-advocacy during the upcoming fall recruitment cycle.     The session will also cover all the Lime Connect programs, resources, scholarships, and career opportunities available to students and alumni with disabilities via our new community platform.
