I am looking for general clerical help. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized by nature, comfortable with Apple products. The ongoing tasks are keeping documents up-to-date and digitally filling and organizing documents and possibly scheduling appointments to show the property. The less frequent tasks involve doing some internet and phone research, gift purchasing, and errands.
- Schedule some showings and manage calendar
- Draft some correspondence such as emails
- Run errands as requested
- File and organize documents
- Research and set up applications to improve workflow
The ideal canadate has:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with Apple products and software.
- Good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong time-management and organization skills
Much of this work can be done remotely. About 4 hours a week, flexible but mostly twards the end of the week and the weekend.
