About the Internship:
This internship will provide a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in digital advertising sales within the non-profit media sector. The intern will work closely with the Access Framingham team to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across our website and social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Research and Identify Potential Advertisers: Research and identify potential advertisers and sponsors within the Framingham community focusing on Framingham’s extensive business community.
- Develop and Pitch Advertising Packages: Develop and present compelling packages for potential clients, showcasing the value and reach of Access Framingham’s digital platforms.
- Manage and Track Advertising Campaigns: Manage the day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future campaigns.
- Assist with other sales and marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for supporting local journalism and community engagement.
