Adam Frisch for Congress is looking for remote and in person interns to help Adam win Colorado’s Third Congressional District. Adam’s race in 2022 against Lauren Boebert was the closest in the entire country, and he needs your help to restore representation to Western and Southern Colorado.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to learn how a political campaign operates, expand their resume or professional network, and take part in a historic election. Interns will be placed in campaign roles corresponding to interest and campaign needs. All interns will be required to complete weekly canvass and/or phone banking slots. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities Include (depending on department placement):
- Assisting campaign staff with research, design, and implementation of programs
- Developing student and youth-oriented social media content
- Recruiting and managing volunteers within the distributed organizing team
- Organizing high school and college campuses via student clubs and organizations
- Directly aiding mid and senior staff
- Other responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- A weekly minimum time commitment of 10 hours
- A minimum of one canvass or phonebank slot per week
- If needed, we will work with your institution to provide school credit for this internship
