This position is part of a fast-growing sales team. This Cell Analysis sales development position requires working closely with Cell Analysis field sales, tech support, FAS teams and product specialists as well as working on projects that are a collaborative effort with Marketing. As Agilent Cell Analysis marketing leads increase, the follow-up requires more outreach to interface with end users, principal investigators, department heads, purchasing agents and scientists. Exceptional organization and CRM record keeping skills are important for this position to move opportunities through sales pipeline quickly and increase revenue. You will also be expected to provide quick response to customer sales inquiries from the phone, web, and email.
As an integral member of a sales team, you will work together with the field staff focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing the existing installed base of customers. In this role you interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs, actively create business opportunities and represent Agilent in all sales-oriented activities. Key skills are Team management of Product Specialist territory sales funnel, together with pro-actively seeking out business opportunities via Marcom or other creative business initiatives. Regular communication of deals, issues and opportunities with the relevant Product Specialist and Application Engineer will also be required. Your excellent technical knowledge and communication skills are essential for credibility working with customers.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years of relevant experience.
