The Role
To provide support to the Private Markets Real Estate team in Norwalk, CT.
Responsibilities
Fund Investment Due Diligence
Produce Manager Reports: Assist with the production of clear & concise investment due diligence reports and recommendations to present to clients in coordination with Private Markets Analysts. Meetings and due diligence may involve site visits, analysis of documentation and performance reviews, together with telephonic or personal reference checks. Reports will typically require some modelling of data provided by the managers either using existing tools or tools the Analyst will need to generate. Company “best practices” in respect to Private Markets due diligence should be followed.
Strategy Analysis and Communication
Forward Calendar: Support of production of an up to date and accurate Forward Calendar for the assigned strategy
Strategy Forecasts: Support of production of strategy forecasting for assigned strategies within Private Markets
White paper & CIO Notes: Support of production and maintenance on the extranet of research outlining the key attributes, trends and drivers of a given strategy
What We’re Looking For
· Undergraduate or enrolled in undergraduate program
· Strong written communication skills
· Proactive self-starter, proficient time management and multi-tasking
· Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
· Systems literacy (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
