Summer Intern – Talent Agency
AEFH ADULT DEPARTMENT
Amsel, Eisenstadt, Frazier & Hinojosa, Inc. is seeking motivated interns to work at one of LA’s premier boutique talent agencies. Positions are available starting in May-June for the Summer 2026 semester to work directly under theatrical/commercial agents. This internship serves as an intermediate course in the entertainment industry. Qualified candidates will be punctual, reliable, organized, and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in entertainment business.
Interns will work directly with the Partner of the company to familiarize themselves with the day-to-day operations of an agency. Participants will be exposed to current industry programs and casting platforms, schedule management, negotiations, contracts, development, production, and distribution. Interns will liaise with industry professionals such as actors, managers, casting, publicity, producers, and executives. Those who invest the energy will walk away with strong skills in communication, analytics, research, coverage, industry terminology, and business sense, as well as hands-on experience to succeed professionally in the business of entertainment.
Positions are in-office in Los Angeles, 2-3 days a week. Part time (16-24 hours a week) and unpaid. School credit is available where applicable. Please email resumes and cover letters to Chase at officemanager@aeftalent.com.
AEFH YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT DEPARTMENT
Amsel, Eisenstadt, Frazier & Hinojosa Talent Agency is seeking an exceptional, passionate, and motivated intern to work at one of LA’s premier boutique talent agencies. Positions are available for the Summer 2026 semester to work directly under Theatrical/Commercial Youth & Young Adult Agents. This internship serves as an introduction to the entertainment industry with interns gaining hands-on experience in the day to day functions of a talent agency. Qualified candidates will be punctual, reliable, organized, and eager to learn. Candidates must have a laptop. This will be an in-person internship. This is a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment business.
