The work may also involve helping immigrants avoid deportation and assisting asylum applicants and those fleeing persecution. Will have client exposure, obtain facts from clients, and follow up with and update clients. The position requires the extensive use of computer systems, preparation of exhibits for clients’ applications, and researching issues when applicable. The candidate will help collect data from potential clients through phone contacts and follow-ups. May also help in web-based research and contacts.
