You may just think this is just another volunteer internship, but ACESWorld cares about your growth and it’s important to us that you understand that we want ACESWorld to be a place where you hone your skills and make an impact on global poverty. We want this internship experience to be just as meaningful to you as it will be to us having you on our team.

Program intern (Project Management) will support the development and monitoring of project timelines, budgets, objectives, and deliverables and prepare progress reports, situation reports, briefing notes as needed and work closely with the executive director to ensure that the administrative and international operations run smoothly including organizing regular team meetings and conference calls/video-conferences, often over different time zones, including the preparation and distribution of documents, taking minutes of regular team meetings and other meetings, and working with other in-country Program Associates to coordinate work activities, meet deadlines, and provide support where needed.

Our ideal candidate for this role must also be:

Flexible, hard‐working, ethical, and committed to the ACESWorld mission

Detail-oriented and possess a high level of organizational skills

An excellent communicator with solid oral and written communication skills
