ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Support the development and monitoring of project timelines, budgets, objectives, and deliverables

Prepare progress reports, situation reports, briefing notes as needed

Research and evaluate potential local and international partners for proposal opportunities

Organize regular team meetings and conference calls/video conferences, often over different time zones, including the preparation and distribution of documents

Take minutes of regular team meetings and other meetings

Work with other in-country Program Associates to coordinate work activities, meet deadlines, and provide support where needed

Drafts preliminary versions of correspondence to be signed by the Program Leader or relevant Program staff

Ensure team hours are logged weekly and accurately

Our ideal candidate for this role must also be:

flexible, hard‐working, ethical, and committed to the ACESWorld mission

detail oriented and possess a high level of organizational skills

an excellent communicator with solid oral and written communication skills

skilled at a variety of computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Word, Word Perfect Excel, PowerPoint
