Astral Energy, an A rated company, is seeking candidates for our fast-track program to develop and train in marketing and sales. The best candidates will be awarded an internship and potential permanent role.
Astral provides live training modules, and access to mentorship programs. Our training modules are designed, and created, to support the growth and intake of product branding, service marketing, and client prospecting in the commercial and industrial sector.
- Learn how to generate opportunities, with commercial clients for our Sales Dept. through outbound/inbound calls, in person, and/or by email
- Learn how to build support initiatives by qualifying leads as low, medium, or high-priority as to ensure interdepartmental streamlining
- Learn how to communicate ethically, effectively and efficiently with prospective clients regarding our customized energy solutions for commercial accounts
- Learn to build positive rapport with clients, and communicate regularly regarding inquiries, feedback, issues and/ or concerns
- Learn how to receive, document and resolve all client inquiries and concerns
- Attend enrichment webinars, at-site workshops and other professional development conference calls as needed
- Minimum Associate’s degree preferred but not required
- Computer Savvy – Email, Excel, Office Software etcetera
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
