What Will You Do:
The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a key member of the talent acquisition team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing firm and start your career in talent acquisition. You’ll wear multiple hats to ensure hiring success for our firm.
-Provide full life cycle recruitment support for a variety of roles and hiring teams hands on recruiting, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding
-Serve as the ATS system administrator, configuring the system and workflows for maximum efficiency and compliance
-Serve as the lead recruiter for all university recruiting efforts
-Source for candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods
-Attend hiring events to represent Attain as an employer of choice in the community
-Support proposal and incumbent capture efforts to support the growth of the company
-Manage reporting and metrics for the recruiting team
-Prepare for and lead weekly staffing calls with various business units
-Train incoming team members on systems, processes, etc.
-Will be responsible for meeting individual recruiting metrics while managing other priorities
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Strong MS Office skills – MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel
-Must be highly detail-oriented
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
-Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
-Prior customer service, sales or recruiting experience
-Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
-Experience supporting sales and business development
-Experience with financial management
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: 0 – 2
