· Analyze client travel requests, conduct unbiased industry research, manage findings, and present results to the client in a timely manner.
· Manage daily client requests and manage real-time day-of travel communications between the client, vendors, and internal team. Proactively anticipate and manage potential changes and operational challenges through quality control checks. Document all client experiences and post flight feedback.
· Manage and update the client travel calendar and database with requests and changes, ensuring its real-time accuracy at all times. Review and analyze all preliminary and final client trip sheets and invoices for accuracy and discrepancies.
· Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and operators.
