In this role, you will support sales and financial analysis related to critical topline business metrics at an industry-leading organization. This means learning and implementing a combination of analytics, key metric management, forecasting practices, reporting, and communications skills to support the overall Sales organization’s success. As an FP&A Intern, you will gain exposure to both the strategic and tactical element of monitoring and managing a dynamic company in a creative and high-performing environment.Your Internship Project will help with:The proliferation of performance analytics and the underlying reporting process for metrics such as revenue, bookings, billings, linearity, pipeline, headcount, and moreThe sharing and flow of performance metrics across key organizations such as Sales, Finance, Operations, People, and Technology through effective presentations, reporting, and communicationsSupporting an evolving data strategy, improving data quality and accessibility for the team and its customersConnecting a robust financial planning process to forecasting and performance reportingAcquiring and exhibit relevant financial management conceptsSuccessful CandidatesSuccessful candidates must be fit for Axiom’s unique operating environment and culture: high-growth, innovative, lean, and values-driven.
