Position Overview:

The Associate Account Executive is the project lead responsible for the day-to-day execution of project work and for driving completion of project deliverables that are on-time, on-budget, and without errors. The Associate Account Executive is the primary internal point of contact for his/her assigned projects and is responsible for managing the accurate and timely communication of project information, status, deadlines, and next steps to the internal team and clients on a daily basis. The Associate Account Executive drives development of project work throughout agency departments in accordance with client and agency processes, liaises with project stakeholders for required inputs, and manages the submission, review, and final delivery of work and materials.

Specific Titles & Responsibilities:

The Associate Account Executive must be able to fulfill the responsibilities under the direct supervision of his/her manager or designated senior team member.

Experience and Education:

Required

  • AAE: Entry-level, no previous experience
  • Comfort with scientific information
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in business or science
