Blackstone’s Future Women Innovators Program is a unique 2 day program for software developers, giving participants early exposure to technology and business through interactive information seminars, networking, and skill-building sessions. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with technologists and recruiting professionals at Blackstone in New York. The Blackstone Future Women Innovators Program introduces the knowledge, training, and skills necessary for a well-guided career path in technology.

Serving both internal and external clients, we work to build the next generation of systems that manage risk, create efficiency and improve transparency within the firm and across our broad community of investors and portfolio companies.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the 2021 Blackstone Future Women Innovators Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate sophomore student
Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2022 – Spring 2023
Program Dates: February 25-26, 2021, this program will be virtual
