New York’s C3 Administrator & Communications Leader will oversee the preparation, execution and delivery of all program communication. They will work closely with the Client Care Consultants to customize the internal communication & external campaign materials for Booster’s school current and potential partners. They will help create and manage systems for seamless communication and excellent program materials to increase program success & school profit.
Manage internal & external communication channels –
Create and lead systems for communicating internally with each other and external systems for clients to have access to world class campaign & program materials.
Create, Customize & Send Campaign Communications – Consult with C3s on program details, needs and expectations to customize communication plans for the duration of their fundraising campaign. This includes social media posts created with Canva, email templates, fliers, and other resources.
Analyze Program Performance and Communication Effectiveness-
Work with the General Manager, C3s and Program leaders to assess what communication is effective and driving results at a local level. Keep a pulse on local program campaigns & levers that increase revenue and school profit on a market level. Manage, execute and collaborate on projects with team using Asana and G-Suite.
Set up & Manage Programs –
Administrator will be responsible for setting up programs & communication on Locker, our internal admin site for our tech software. They will be responsible for backend setup, communication and program details needed to start the fundraising campaigns.
