Overview:
BIA seeks a full-time Operations Associate who will focus on overseeing our research publishing operations and executing key deliverables for our clients.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage research publishing operations
o Coordinate all research assignments with Account Management and Research Managers
o Manage restricted securities and employee securities conflicts
o Update and report quarterly and year-end statistics
o Coordinate daily responsibilities of part-time and contract personnel
o Develop and manage research report templates
o Liaise with IT and Software personnel on publishing platform and technology, coordinate systems testing, resolve systems issues
o Liaise with Legal personnel on IP, copyright and related issues
o Manage research vendor relationships
o Develop and maintain Operations Standards and Process Manuals
· Proofreading and publishing
o Proofread client reports in a timely manner, including after hours as required
o Publish final reports on client portal/website, double-checking for accuracy
o Handle formatting and proofing requests as needed from across the organization
o Add and edit client data in publishing platform
· Manage weekly TV interview publication
o Compile, format and publish list of TV interviews on a weekly basis for distribution to clients
o Manage video review process; coordinate assignments with research analysts
o Edit and proof content for publication
o Fulfill internal and external requests for video content
· Manage quarterly validations process
o Coordinate assignments with research analysts
o Track and report progress to Research Managers

Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Journalism, Business, English, Writing, or other relevant courses of study; strong academic achievement
· 1-2 years professional experience in a relevant field required, supervisory experience preferred
· Advanced-level user of Microsoft Office and Adobe
