Capacity Interactive (CI), a digital marketing consulting firm serving arts and culture organizations, is looking for up to 5 Junior Analysts.

Annually, we host Digital Marketing Boot Camp for the Arts, the country’s leading digital marketing conference for the arts.

About The Role:

As a Junior Analyst, your main objective is to learn, take in as much information as possible, and use those observations to become a practitioner. We encourage you to get your feet wet, try new things, and ask lots of questions.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and strive to own administrative and digital marketing tasks (ex. scheduling meetings, drafting work orders, observing client meetings, etc.)

Develop relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.

Support your team members in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns.

Listen regularly to CI podcasts and livestreams.

Read company-published blog posts, case studies, and research.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position is $47,000.

Your expression of interest should address the following: interest in the position, Capacity Interactive, and/or the arts and specific relevant skills or experience.

Molly Shoemaker, Manager of People Operations, will review each application. Phone interviews with the Manager of People Operations and a member of our internal Hiring Committee will commence on a rolling basis beginning April 5, 2021. The Manager of People Operations will recommend applicants for Zoom interviews with the VP, Managing Director beginning in Mid-April. Offers will occur in late April.

These positions are expected to start on May 23, 2021.
