Requirements:
· Monitor account receivables, Invoicing and Collections, reviewing payments received, and record deposits, contact customers regarding overdue accounts
· Report to Management any accounts that are a potential problem
· Send statements to clients with outstanding balances
· Collections Reports
· Broker Sales Reporting
· Process invoices, Credit Card Charges
· Post transactions into bookkeeping software
· Establish and maintain effective working relationship with customers
· New Customer account setup
· Accounting / Clerical Duties
Qualifications:
· Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner
· Detail-oriented, and self-directed
· Must have excellent verbal/written skills
· Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
