Charlie Health has set out on a mission to reimagine how high acuity care is delivered to teens and young adults—particularly those in rural populations. We’re building the world’s first infinitely scalable, virtual-first mental health practice. Our initial offering is a virtual intensive outpatient program (vIOP), which connects like-minded virtual groups with therapists that specialize in their specific mental health needs.

About the Role
The Clinical Operations Associate will be an integral part of helping Charlie Health enhance its clinical delivery model. As a member of the Clinical Operations team, this individual will be responsible for operationalizing processes and technologies that help our therapists deliver more care, to more kids, more quickly. This may include designing new onboarding and training processes, analyzing regional clinical capacity to inform hiring velocity, introducing new technologies and processes that ease the lives of our clinicians, and much more. We expect that this individual will be able to liaise seamlessly between our Clinical team and Operations team leaders, translating the needs of our therapists into actionable, scalable operational solutions. This position is not for the faint of heart— but it will provide unmatched impact and room for professional growth.

- Liaise between the Clinical team and Operations team, identifying key bottlenecks in clinical delivery
- Introduce new policies and procedures that drive efficiency across the Clinical team
- Analyze clinical capacity and utilization to ensure that our hiring efforts are focused on the correct regions and providers
- Recommend product functionality based on the challenges and feedback of the Clinical team
- Evaluate, vet, and implement new technologies that make it easier for our therapists to deliver and bill for their services
- Summarize qualitative and quantitative data from our therapists and patients to drive operational recommendations
- 3.3 GPA or above (must include on resume)
- 2-5 years of experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- American citizen and native-equivalent or better in English
- Experience in translating non-technical stakeholder needs into technical and operational solutions
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Experience designing and implementing new processes and procedures across various teams
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel
