The Administrative Division at CMSBC is currently seeking Accounting majors to join our Administration Team. We are specifically recruiting students who are interested in performing responsibilities in the following areas:
- Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices,
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances,
- Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
The ideal candidates will be proficient in both the Google Workspace environment (including competencies in GMail, Google Drive, Google Chat, and Google Calendar) and in the Microsoft Office 365 environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Intuit Quickbooks is a plus. Since some parts of this opportunity will be work-from-home, flexibility with your availability would be appreciate so as to accommodate management’s schedules.

In addition to your accounting responsibilities, you will complete various adjunct tasks related to department initiatives, and collaborate with industry experts.
