The Human Resources Department at CMSBC is currently seeking a Human Resource, Psychology, Sociology, or Cross-Cultural Studies major to join our Summer Internship Program as a Diversity and Inclusion Assistant. We are specifically recruiting someone who is interested in improving engagement, counteracting unconscious bias, diversity and inclusion at work, and fostering an inclusive climate.
This role will assist in coordinating efforts to help members of CMSBC’s diverse workforce feel connected to CMSBC and will continue to make progress on the goal of creating an even more welcoming and inclusive community. We seek candidates whose education, perspectives, and experience enable them to provide vision, leadership, and counsel on matters of diversity and inclusion, create a welcome and respectful environment that embraces diversity as a dimension of excellence, and promotes a culture of openness and inclusion as our enterprise scales.
