The Management Services Division (MSD) provides business operations and logistics support for Portland Fire & Rescue (PF&R). Logistics provides crucial support to ensure the readiness and effectiveness of PF&R’s 24/7 emergency responses. Business Operations ensures that PF&R complies with all City financial, budgetary, payroll, procurement, and technology policies and procedures. These services are critical to maintain PF&R’s financial integrity and supports the operational needs of the bureau.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a record of reliable and comprehensive administrative support in organizational operations, an ability to adapt to a variety of assignments, excellent organizational skills, and a record of exceptional customer service.
