Club Feast is looking for an HR/People Operations Intern looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources/People Operations by learning from the ground up at an exciting new food-delivery startup based out of San Francisco! The ideal intern should be ready to take on projects and not be afraid to express their ideas and help contribute to the overall growth and culture of the HR/People Ops Team!

Tasks performed will include but are not limited to overall department support, research/fact finding, proof reading, community events, and other special projects
Assists in supporting the recruitment efforts for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Provides support with projects and daily operations of the Human Resources team, contributing as needed Supporting smooth and efficient workflow
Provides research support (online, library, phone-based) for planning, presentations, proposals, legal and other needs
Performs administrative activities including sending correspondence, filing, completing reports, updating forms, and updating records
Assists leaders with data analysis, preparation, and process improvement projects
Helps prepare appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for teams
Maintains confidentiality of all information handled
Fosters positive and productive business relationships with all internal and external members of the organization – promotes positive, supportive, and fun culture
