ConstructSecure is a rapidly growing, cloud-based provider of risk management applications to some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated organizations, including Intel, Google and Merck. Founded in 2008, the company began as an internal development project at Harvard University when our founder, Garrett Burke, was unsatisfied with existing solutions for sourcing and pre-qualifying subcontractors and vendors.
The company recently closed an investment from Summit Partners, a global growth equity firm managing over $23 billion in investment capital. As a result, the company is embarking on an exciting new phase of growth and is hiring aggressively from its headquarters in Lexington, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston.
We’re adding to our Business Development Outreach team to grow our supplier network. You’ll join a tightly knit team and have a direct impact on the growth of our business. We’re looking for someone with previous exposure to high-volume sales, whether it’s in a traditional inside sales role, or from other industries like hospitality, we’re open to speaking to candidates with a strong desire to launch a career in sales.
In this role you will:
- Generate revenue. This is an inside sales role, so your success (and your compensation) will be measured against individual and team calling and revenue goals. We’re looking for someone who is motivated to crush their numbers each and every day.
- Renew our network of suppliers. Each day you’ll reach out to subcontractors and suppliers with the goal of getting them re-enrolled in the ConstructSecure platform. To succeed, you’ll make an average of 100 outbound calls per day to warm leads.
