ERPi is currently searching for a full-time Logistics Consultant (DMLSS) to work on a contract we have with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role directly contributes to improving the VA employees and Veteran’s lives and working towards a larger mission.

Tasks include:

  • Member of the team managing enterprise-wide implementations of DMLSS/LogiCole to VHA facilities
  • Communicate and provide updates to both senior level contract management and the government client regularly
  • Provide strategic business planning, performance measuring, program evaluation and auditing and productivity/process improvement procedures
  • May lead and direct the work of others
  • Support multiple project or delivery teams, simultaneously

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • DMLSS experience with front-end use (Equipment Management (EM), Equipment Maintenance (MA), and/or Facility Management (FM)) or of back-end setup (e.g., fiscal setup, system admin, DMLSS data structure)
  • Experience in project and/or program management
  • Possession of strong organization and communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, high-demand, and client-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of time (pending COVID-19 restrictions)
  • Strong communications skills, with the ability to support senior program leadership in planning for meetings and presentations with other leads, partners and external organizations
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environment

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of VA projects and programs and the impact of program improvements, and knowledge of VA central office requests
  • Previous experience in deploying health technology or software a plus​
