Unite for Safe Social Media is a growing nonprofit dedicated to helping families build healthy, balanced relationships with social media. We provide parents with resources and advocacy to support kids’ well-being in today’s digital world.
We’re looking for a college intern to join our team and help us expand our grassroots impact. This is a great opportunity for students passionate about digital wellness, child development, communications, or advocacy.
What You’ll Do:
Create and share engaging social media content for parents and families
Support grassroots campaigns to raise awareness about healthy social media habits
Engage with online communities and foster meaningful conversations
Research trends in kids, families, and technology
Track and report on social media performance
What We’re Looking For:
Current college student (Communications, Marketing, PR, Education, Psych, or related field)
Strong writing, creativity, and communication skills
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter
Passion for making a difference for families and kids
