The Sales Development Representative position works cross functionally within IgnitePOST, with the goal of driving platform growth through sales development efforts and user acquisition. You will have the opportunity to interact with potential customers as well as other businesses with whom we want to partner. You will get the opportunity to learn and experiment with all areas of the Sales Development lifecycle.
Most importantly, there is no busy work at IgnitePOST. You will be a vital member of the team and you will be able to clearly see how your efforts directly contribute to our top line growth each month.
- Research prospective companies based on IgnitePOST’s ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Work with our Director of Sales to categorize and target prospective companies
- Create & Execute personalized outreach campaigns with the goal of booking demo meetings
- Measure and analyze campaign performance
- Interact with customers, partners, and prospects to continually learn and refine our ICP
- Comfortable speaking to others through email and social media channels to explain platform benefits
- Innovative and able to think outside of the box for new growth ideas and deal structures
- Eager to learn and grow in the field of Sales/Business Development
